Lead capture, opt in, and the after event report
The booth captures guest email and phone numbers at the moment they choose how to receive their photo. Each guest sees an explicit opt in screen before sharing. After the event we send your team a CSV of consenting attendees with timestamps - ready to import into HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or a Google Sheet.
For trade shows and conferences we also surface session counts, peak hour traffic, and a most shared photo summary. Use it to justify booth ROI in the after the event recap that goes to your VP of marketing or event committee.

How much does a corporate photo booth in San Diego cost?
Our corporate package starts at $395 for three hours. We can provide the overlay dimensions to your design team so they can produce a fully branded overlay with your logo, colors, and event hashtag. Multi day conferences, high throughput configurations, and add ons are quoted on request.
Can the booth capture lead data for our marketing team?
Yes. The booth collects guest email and phone numbers at the point of delivery (with consent). After the event we hand over a CSV of opt ins your team can import into Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or any CRM.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. We issue a COI naming your venue and corporate entity as additional insured at no extra charge. Send us the venue's COI requirements with your booking and we will route it before load in.
How fast can guests share their photo to LinkedIn or Instagram?
Guests get their branded photo, GIF, or boomerang via text and share to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, or any platform straight from their phone. Delivery speed depends on cellular signal at the venue.
Will the booth keep up with high traffic at a conference?
The booth handles roughly 30 to 50 unique sessions per hour. For larger conferences and multi day activations we configure dual booth setups or staggered timing windows to clear lines quickly.
Can we preview the overlay design before the event?
Yes. We can personalize a template from our overlay collection with your logo and event details, or we'll provide your design team with the layout requirements so they can deliver a print ready file. Either way, you get a digital proof for sign off before the event. Two revisions included with the standard package.
