December booking tips for San Diego holiday parties

December is our busiest month. The first three weekends book up first. If your office party falls on a Friday or Saturday in that window, lock the date in by October to have your pick of available slots.

Our package starts at $395, though we reserve the right to adjust pricing during the peak holiday season. Friendsgiving and before the holiday team events tend to land November and book later, often with two to three weeks of lead time.

Our holiday package starts at $395 for three hours: unlimited photos, GIFs, and boomerangs, a personalized overlay with your logo or holiday theme, and digital delivery to every guest. Send your event details and we'll send a quote.

How late can we book for a December holiday party?

December books up fast. The first three weeks of December go first. We hold open slots for late bookings up to about 10 days out, but the earlier you reserve the better your odds. A $100 deposit holds the date.

Can the overlay include our company logo and a holiday graphic together?

Yes. We can personalize a template from our overlay collection with your logo, name, or company tagline. If you'd rather have your own designer build the artwork, we'll provide the layout requirements so they can deliver a print ready file. Digital proof goes out before the event either way.

Do you set up at office buildings in UTC, Sorrento Valley, or downtown?

Yes. We regularly cover UTC, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, downtown Gaslamp hotels, and the Convention Center. Send us the building address and load in instructions and we'll route the COI ahead of time.

Is the booth okay for a home holiday party?

Yes. The booth has a compact footprint of about 8 by 8 feet, which fits living rooms, dining rooms, garages, and home patios. We deliver a powered booth ready to go.

What does setup and teardown look like for an office party?

We arrive an hour before the start time, set up quietly, do a quick test, and step out. At the end we pack up while the party winds down. No interruption to the program. The host or planner doesn't need to manage us during the event.
