Coronado is one of the few areas where bridge logistics can affect timing. We build the bridge crossing into our load in schedule so Coronado events get the same setup and pickup window as anywhere else in San Diego County.

Hotel del Coronado weddings are a destination event format. Guests fly in from across the country, the booth becomes the bridge between rehearsal dinner and reception that everyone uses to send photos home. Navy retirements, change of command ceremonies, and unit holiday parties are another distinct slice; for those we frequently incorporate the unit's emblem or ship/squadron insignia into the overlay design.

Yes. It's one of our most booked venues. We coordinate with the Hotel del events team for vendor parking, COI, and load in routing. The booth fits their indoor ballrooms, the Crown Room, and the covered outdoor terraces.
Do you do Navy events and unit ceremonies?
Yes. We've covered change of command ceremonies, retirements, and unit holiday parties. We can incorporate unit insignia, ship/squadron emblems, or command crests into the overlay. Send us the artwork at booking.
Can you provide a COI for Hotel del or Loews Coronado Bay?
Yes, free of charge. Both properties have specific COI language requirements. Send us the venue's requirements at booking and we route the COI before load in.
