Do you set up at cliffside or beachfront ceremonies in La Jolla?
Yes. We cover Scripps Seaside Forum, Cuvier Club, and private beach setups regularly. For exposed coastal locations we recommend booking the booth under a tent, covered terrace, or pavilion. Direct ocean wind and salt air aren't kind to electronics.
How does load in work at La Valencia or The Lodge at Torrey Pines?
Both venues have established vendor load in routines. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the start time, route through the service entrance, and have the booth set up and tested before guests arrive. No interruption to your timeline.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for La Jolla venues?
Yes, at no additional cost. Many La Jolla properties (especially Scripps Seaside Forum and Salk Institute) require a COI naming them as additional insured. Send us the venue's requirements at booking and we route it before load in.
Is the booth okay at outdoor receptions near the water?
We set up outdoors all the time in La Jolla. We need cover from direct sun, wind, and any chance of mist or rain. A tent, covered terrace, gazebo, or pavilion works. We don't set up on open beach or exposed cliff edges.
