Do you set up at Park Hyatt Aviara and La Costa?
Yes, both regularly. We have the load in routine memorized for both properties. We coordinate with the venue's event team ahead of time so setup happens during the natural turnover window and never delays your cocktail hour.
Can you handle a beachfront wedding at Cape Rey?
Yes. We typically set up under the covered terrace or in the adjacent indoor space rather than directly on the sand. That protects the equipment from sand and salt air. We've done dozens of Cape Rey weddings.
What about backyard parties in La Costa or Aviara?
Same $395, same drop off model. The booth fits any patio or back yard with about 8 by 8 feet of clear space. Battery packs are available if requested and available.
